Can I become a model / promoter? 

LH Clothing have models and promoters that  regularly feature on the social media pages and website. We are always looking for new promoters to join the team, if you want to join the team please send us a DM on Instagram and the team will review your profile and get back to you. 

How long will my delivery take? 

UK Delivery Royal mail usually takes 1-3 days, larger parcels may take 3-5 days. Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

International Royal mail services including Ireland can take up to 10 working days. 

Can I change my order once it's been placed ? 

Orders are usually sent out for shipping 8am the following day. If you have placed an order and you need to change anything then please message us on our Instagram page for a quick response. However you can also email sales@lh-clothing.com. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the change once your order has been placed but we will try our best to resolve the issue. 

Can I track my delivery? 

We use a signed and tracked service with royal mail so we can provide you with a tracking number if you haven't already received it. 

I have not received my parcel, what do I do? 

Please check your tracking number with royal mail track and trace

If in unfortunate circumstances Royal mail have lost your parcel then please contact us to see if we can resolve this issue before we report the parcel as missing.
